This is the traditional Korean green tea. It is the second pick following the spring rains causing its distinct flavour and characteristics. It is full bodied with nut flavours and a lingering finish, with more intensity than the first picked Ujeon.

Leaf: Very small, grey green with a faint aroma of grass and hay.
Brewed colour: Pale jade.
Aroma: Brazil nut, grass and vanilla bean.
Taste: Delicate but at the same time full and creamy. Nutty and with a lingering finish that is a chimera reminiscent of forests and rivers.
